Newsletter: your email address, when you subscribe.

Consultation & invitation requests: the name, email address, phone number (optional) and any details you send us when you request a consultation or event invitation.

Analytics: anonymous usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device/browser), collected only after you accept analytics cookies.

To send the newsletter you requested — legal basis: your consent.

To respond to your enquiries — legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to you.

To understand and improve how the site is used — legal basis: your consent to analytics cookies.

Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., USA) — newsletter delivery and list management; transfers to the USA are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) under Mailchimp's Data Processing Addendum.

Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) — website analytics, only with your consent.

Vercel Inc. — website hosting and privacy-friendly, cookieless traffic metrics.

Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) — transactional email delivery; it transmits the requests you submit through the consultation and invitation forms to our business inbox. Transfers to the USA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) under Resend's Data Processing Addendum.

Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation) — our business email service, which receives and stores the requests you send us through the consultation and invitation forms.

These providers act as our processors and only process data on our instructions. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards — the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.

Contact messages: kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted.

Analytics: retained according to our analytics provider's standard retention settings.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these, email hello@nomadessence.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
