Nomadessence is growing into a platform for architecture, interiors, objects and cultural transformation.
We work with places, materials and stories that already hold potential — overlooked buildings, meaningful interiors, noble fragments, heritage sites and spaces waiting for a new chapter.
We are looking for collaborators who are not only skilled, but sensitive: people who understand image, atmosphere, detail, rhythm, material, culture and meaning.
Our work is precise, poetic and ambitious. It asks for discipline, imagination and the ability to move between beauty and strategy.
We are looking for a versatile Media Manager to help shape and produce the visual and editorial presence of Nomadessence across digital platforms.
This role is for someone who understands that communication is not decoration. It is the way a world is built, revealed and shared.
The Media Manager will work closely with the founder and the wider creative team to create and transform raw material — project images, video footage, interviews, talks, masterclasses, site visits, object development and behind-the-scenes moments — into cinematic, intelligent and impactful content.
The role includes content planning, video editing, social media adaptation, presentation design and the creation of refined visual material for conferences, masterclasses, newsletters, podcasts and digital campaigns.
We are looking for someone with a strong eye, excellent rhythm, good taste in music and sound, and the ability to translate an architectural and philosophical universe into formats that work across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, newsletters and audio platforms.
Ideal profile
A strong candidate should have experience in:
- cinematic video editing and short-form content;
- social media content production;
- visual storytelling for architecture, design, interiors, culture or lifestyle;
- preparing high-quality presentations for talks, conferences or masterclasses;
- working with music, rhythm, voice and atmosphere;
- adapting one idea into different formats for different platforms;
- creating content that is beautiful, strategic and emotionally engaging.
This person should be highly organised, autonomous, visually refined and able to work from both precise direction and broader creative intuition.
Send applicationWe are looking for a Product / Object Designer to help develop the object and furniture universe of Nomadessence.
This role sits between design, craft, architecture and material research. It is especially suited to someone interested in transforming noble discarded materials — marble offcuts, fragments, deadstock textiles, reclaimed elements and forgotten pieces — into objects of beauty, meaning and lasting value.
The Product / Object Designer will collaborate on the development of furniture, lighting, accessories and collectible objects that feel like small-scale architecture.
The work requires sensitivity to proportion, material, detail and story. Each object should feel precise, timeless and emotionally resonant — never merely decorative.
The Product / Object Designer will help move ideas from concept to prototype, from sketches to technical drawings, from material research to artisan collaboration, and from isolated pieces toward a coherent collection.
Ideal profile
A strong candidate should have experience in:
- product, furniture or object design;
- material research and sustainable design;
- technical drawings and prototyping;
- collaboration with artisans, fabricators or workshops;
- furniture, lighting, marble, textile or collectible design;
- translating conceptual ideas into buildable objects;
- working with refinement, restraint and strong attention to detail.
This person should be able to combine imagination with precision, and understand how an object can carry memory, material intelligence and contemporary presence.
