LOGITECH EMEA HQ

New EMEA Headquarters Fit-out

THE SETTING Logitech moved its EMEA HQ into a leased newbuild in downtown Morges. The shell only included the structural walls and pillars, the restrooms, techrooms and stariwells.

THE SCOPE Design the entire 3500m2 headquarters to serve 150 employees. Provide flexible spaces for evolving functions with a mix of open spaces and closed offices as well as multiple modular meeting rooms.

THE SPECIAL REQUEST Give the teams a sense of identity and allow them to communicate and collaborate more easily without disturbing others or having to move around frequently. Provide a more cosy, organic feel to teams that are constantly working on high-tech, engineering type subjects. Move away from the cold, all grey palette of aluminium and glass.

THE CONCEPT A spine of organic shapes representing the flow of creativity throughout the company running through an organized, rational structure of activities. A Continuous, fluid path, punctuated by a series of oval pods that house the nonbusiness services and connects the various group,  in balance with hightech solutions for a young, dynamic and particularly mobile generation of consumer. The EMEA theme of world regions identified each floor with a relevant color palette and environmental graphics.
